Which plan is right for me?
Most individuals use about 30lbs a month. 60lbs is about average for a couple's monthly usage. You can change your plan at any time if you find your initial selection of the plan does not suit your needs anymore. Just email (service@cnylaundry.com) or give us a call (315-257-8888), your change will take effect next month.
How do I Subscribe?
You can sign up on our website via the ‘Products' page. Once you sign up and pay your $10 activation fee to receive your laundry bag, you will be sent an email with a bill to sign up for the monthly service. You can also call us at 315-257-8888.
Can you give me an example of 10 lbs. of clothes?
It is hard to give an exact count of the number of items will be counted for 10 lbs. For example, a pair of jeans weighs more than a pair of business pants. Usually, a regular household washing machine typically holds about 10 lbs of clothes per load.
How are my clothes cleaned?
We wash every customer's clothes separately in individual loads. We apply the type of detergent and softener sheet based on your preference. Then we move them into the dryer for 35-42 minutes depending on the type of fabric. After your laundry is dry, we fold and organize your items by category and color.
How do I know the number of pounds I have used for the month?
We weigh your items in front of you when you drop off your items in the store. We will also inform you of the number of pounds you still have left for the month. If it is pick-up laundry, we will send the weight of laundry we received and the number of pounds you have left via email.
When does my plan start?
Your plan starts the day you sign up for the laundry plan.
How is the “MONTH” Defined here?
A month is defined to be your sign-up day for the laundry plan to one day prior to that same day the following month. (Ex. sign up on 3/14, next month begins on 4/14).
Is there a minimum order size?
Because we wash every customer's clothes separately in individual loads, we require an 8lbs minimum order size for each pickup. It is fine to send in less, but we will deduct a minimum of 8lbs from your available laundry plan balance for the order.
Are household items, such as comforters and pillows, included in the laundry plan?
They are not, but we are happy to assist and clean them. We will give you 5% off cleaning on all the non-wash & fold eligible items. Your account will be charged separately for these on a per order basis.
Are dry cleaning and laundered shirts included in the plan?
Our laundry plan is only for wash & fold items only. Dry cleaning and laundered shirts are charged per piece as part of our dry cleaning service. We will give you 5% off on these items with your laundry plan membership. Your account will be charged separately for these on a per order basis.
Do you offer any upgrades?
Yep! - Our base wash & fold includes high quality detergent. If you prefer special soap, softener sheets or other available upgrades, it will be charged separately on your account on a per order basis. Please let us know by leaving additional comments, we are happy to try and accommodate your preference.
Can I switch plans and how?

Do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer FREE pick up & delivery for all Plans every week. We are happy to assist if you need higher frequency, each additional pick-up and delivery will be charged $10 each.
Can I combine my laundry plan with other discounts?
Sorry, but our laundry plans are such a great deal that they may not be combined with any other offers. Discounts may not be used to purchase laundry plans.
How do I get a refund?
Sorry, but no refunds will be issued for partially or completely for unused laundry plans. All cancellations will take effect in the next month.
How do I cancel my plan?
Just email (service@cnylaundry.com) or give us a call (315-257-8888), we will help you with the cancellation. Your cancellation will take effect in the next month.
Are there any additional charges?
Our laundry plan covers the cost of basic wash & fold. Any extra services, such as detergent upgrades or home delivery more than once a week, are additional and will be charged per order.
